Welcome to Ghermind. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"User": Any individual who is 18 years of age or older and who accesses, browses, uses, or creates an account on Ghermind.
"Service": All products, features, tools, content, and platforms offered by Ghermind.

The User is responsible for complying with all applicable laws of the Republic of Argentina when using the Service.

• Use the Service to send spam, viruses, malware, or harmful content.
• Use the Service for any illegal activities.

Ghermind uses services and platforms provided by third parties, including but not limited to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google Cloud, and any other provider Ghermind may incorporate in the future.
The User accepts that:

• These third‑party services may change, fail, or stop working at any time.
• Ghermind does not control or guarantee their operation.
• Ghermind is not responsible for errors, interruptions, changes, failures, or losses caused by these third‑party providers.

By using Ghermind, the User also accepts the terms and policies of these external platforms.

9. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ghermind, its owners, affiliates, and collaborators from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

• The User’s misuse of the Service,
• The content the User uploads, or
• Any violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and the use of the Service are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute shall be settled in the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires.

11. Service Termination

Ghermind may interrupt, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, without obligation to provide refunds or compensation of any kind. The User expressly waives any claim related to the interruption or termination of the Service.

12. Limitation of Warranties

Ghermind does not guarantee any specific results, performance, uptime, reliability, continuity, or quality of the Service.
The User acknowledges that they use the Service at their own sole risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
